Trade4 account deletion

Delete your account and associated data.

Trade4 users can delete their account directly inside the app. If you no longer have access to the app, you can also request deletion by email.

Delete your account in the app

Use these steps if you still have Trade4 installed and can sign in:

  1. 1. Open the Trade4 app.
  2. 2. Sign in to the account you want deleted.
  3. 3. Go to your Profile tab.
  4. 4. Open the account/settings area.
  5. 5. Tap Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us at trade4apphelp@gmail.com with the subject line Delete My Trade4 Account.

Please include the email address associated with your Trade4 account so we can locate and verify the account.

After verification, we will delete or anonymize account-related data as required. This may include your profile, listings, listing photos, saved listings, message records, push notification tokens, and account-related records.

Some limited records may be retained if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes. Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.
