These Trade4 Terms of Use explain the basic rules for creating an account, posting listings, messaging users, and using Trade4.

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Trade4, you agree to these Terms of Use and any rules shown in the app.

Trade4 is a marketplace platform

Trade4 provides tools for users to post, browse, and message about trades. Users are responsible for their own listings, messages, meetups, and trade decisions.

Listings and user content

Listings must be accurate, legal, and allowed by Trade4 rules. Do not post stolen, illegal, misleading, dangerous, prohibited, or policy-breaking content.

Safety and responsibility

Trade4 does not guarantee item condition, ownership, legality, value, payment, delivery, or user behavior. Use judgment and meet safely.

Moderation

Trade4 may remove listings, restrict accounts, suspend users, or take other action when content or behavior appears unsafe, illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or against Trade4 rules.

Marketplace rules

• Post honest listings with clear photos and accurate condition details.
• Only post items, services, and trade offers that comply with applicable laws.
• Do not post stolen goods, counterfeit goods, scams, harassment, hate content, or unsafe content.
• Do not misrepresent ownership, value, condition, location, identity, payment terms, or availability.
• Keep trade conversations respectful and relevant.

Safety guidelines

• Meet in public, well-lit places when possible.
• Inspect items before completing a trade.
• Be careful with deposits, shipping, gift cards, wire transfers, payment links, or requests to pay before seeing the item or service.
• Use report and block tools if a user seems threatening, fraudulent, abusive, or unsafe.
