Trade4 Terms of Use

These Terms explain the rules that apply when using Trade4.

Marketplace platform

Trade4 provides tools for users to post, browse, save, message about, and manage listings. Trade4 is not a party to transactions between users and does not guarantee trades.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for evaluating listings, trade offers, other users, item condition, ownership, legality, safety, and whether to meet, trade, buy, sell, barter, or communicate.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use Trade4 to post, offer, request, trade, sell, buy, promote, or arrange anything illegal, unsafe, fraudulent, stolen, counterfeit, misleading, infringing, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful.

TradeTokens

TradeTokens have no cash value, are not legal tender, are not a deposit account, and may only be used inside Trade4 for eligible features.

No warranties

Trade4 is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
