We may collect account information, profile details, ZIP-level location, listing content, photos, messages, reviews, reports, saved listings, notification tokens, TradeToken activity, device information, logs, and diagnostic information.

How we use information

We use information to operate Trade4, show listings, enable messaging, calculate rough distance, process photos, send notifications, prevent abuse, moderate content, support users, improve the app, and comply with legal, safety, and app store requirements.

Public content

Listings, listing photos, public profile details, reviews, usernames, approximate location, and other information users choose to post may be visible to other users.

Location

Trade4 uses ZIP-level location to show rough distance and search radius. Trade4 does not require exact street addresses in listings.

Data retention and deletion

Users may request account deletion through the app. Some information may be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup, moderation, or safety reasons.
